Q: Can I buy the box as a gift for someone else?
A: Absolutely! We think Read, Romance, Repeat would make a splendid gift! There is a checkbox that says "is this a gift?" when you are selecting your subscription options. Checking this will allow you to enter a gift message for your recipient. That gets printed on a pretty card and included in their first box. Just choose the length of your subscription and we'll take care of the rest!
For individual boxes, because they are already packed, unfortunately we are not able to add gift cards to them. We are happy to email your recipient a digital card if you provide us their email address. Or we have digital gift cards available here.
None of our boxes ever include any pricing information.
Q: I'm buying this as a gift. Do you have something I can give my friend so they know what I got them while they wait for their box to arrive?
A: Yes! We have a whole bunch of downloadable certificates that you can print and fill out to give to your recipient. Click HERE to access them. Heck, you can even put it in a big box so they think you got them a teapot!
Q: Can I just get one box?
A: Yes. You can purchase our past boxes individually as long as supplies last. Please click here to view available boxes.
Q: What level of heat are the books usually? Can I buy this for a teenager?
A: We welcome all kinds of readers. However, this box only features books written for adults. Many, if not all, of the books included contain sex scenes that use graphic language. Purchase for others at your discretion.

Q: What sorts of gift items are included? Do you need my t-shirt size?
A: We do not include anything that requires a size (such as a shirt) or anything conventionally gender specific (such as earrings). This box is for all people! (except kids :)
Q: Can I pick up my box in-store?
A: No. Our boxes ship directly from our fulfillment warehouse to your door so unfortunately you cannot pick it up in store. One less errand for you!
Q: What if I move and my address changes?
A: You'll create an account when you checkout and you can log back in any time and change your address. Click on the little person icon in the top righthand corner. Then click 'manage subscription.' Finally click 'address and shipping information.'
We're also here to help you with any problems related to shipping at any time.
Q: I already have an account on your website, do I need to set up another account?
A: Yes. The Read, Romance, Repeat website is totally separate from TRB website. You will want this account so that you can update your address or skip shipments if necessary.
Q: Will you tell me the books in advance?
A: We keep it a surprise but if you want to know ahead of time you can. You can click on 'spoiler alert' to see what is coming up.
We also provide content warnings for readers who would like them.
Q: Can I skip a month if I don't want the books?
A: Yes, if you are on a pay-as-you-go plan. You can't skip a shipment if you are on a 6 or 12 month prepaid plan.
Navigate to the Manage Subscriptions Page and click on where it says 'manage upcoming orders.' Each upcoming box is listed and on the right hand side of the screen it says 'skip order' in red. Click on that to skip a month!
Q: Can my box have only have a specific sub-genre of romance?
A: Not at the moment. We currently include all sub-genres of romance in one box. If you only like to read one sub-genre, you might prefer to continue ordering your books individually. But if you're willing to give it a chance, you might find some great new reads!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Make sure you are purchasing the international version of the box, HERE. We work with Passport Shipping to ship our international orders.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: In your account, you will navigate to the Manage Subscriptions Page.
Under 'subscription status' it will say active. Right next to that it says "pause subscription" in blue. Click on that and you are all set. You can restart at any time by simply clicking 'resume subscription.'
Q: When will my card be charged if I choose to pay month to month?
A: Your card gets charged on the 15th of each month, so if you want to skip a month or cancel, make sure you do it before the 15th!
